Break a roadmap item
into work items.
When you start on something, split it into work items. Each one can carry acceptance criteria, a list of the files it touches and a priority. Work items also show up in the worklist, which collects them from every project.

Write the plan
as an outline.
Outline mode shows a roadmap item's description and its work items as one document. Press Enter to add an item and Tab to indent it. Switch back to the structured view whenever you want the checkboxes and fields.

A second opinion
on the plan.
Three AI tools sit inside the roadmap item editor. They are optional, and each use spends AI credits. One credit is roughly one cent of model usage, and the Builder plan includes a monthly allowance.

Deep Plan goes a step further and reads your code. Consider adding rate limiting before launch. Your API has no throttling and a single bad actor could spike hosting costs.
Your description mentions "user roles" but the schema has no permissions model. This is a scope decision worth making now.
You added "Stripe webhook v2" to Now. Should the v1 endpoint be deprecated in the same release or maintained in parallel?

Give your users a read-only view of what you are building. You pick the slug, the projects and the items that appear, and visitors do not need an account. Public roadmaps are part of the Builder plan.
